2025-02-27
VIENNA – Vieworks, a leading provider of imaging solutions,
participated in the European Congress of Radiology (ECR 2025) in Vienna,
Austria, from March 26 to March 2, showcasing its advanced X-ray detectors and
AI-powered imaging software.
The company exhibited 22 products, including 15 static and dynamic
X-ray detectors and seven software and AI solutions. The VXvue software
demonstration, featuring AI-based post-processing for medical images, drew
significant attention from industry professionals. VXvue integrates AI tools
such as Bone-X AI for enhancing soft tissue clarity in chest X-rays, Noise-X AI
for noise reduction using deep learning, and Vet AI for veterinary diagnostics.
Vieworks also highlighted its VIVIX-S F series, including the
FDA-cleared VIVIX-S 1751S long-form detector for full-spine and lower-body
imaging and the VIVIX-S 4747V large-area chest X-ray detector, optimized for
diagnosing larger patients. The company introduced its Automatic Exposure
Control (AEC) solution, designed to optimize X-ray dosage based on patient
characteristics, reducing radiation exposure and improving workflow efficiency.
Following RSNA 2024, Vieworks continues to expand its global
presence, targeting North American and European markets. The company reported
record annual sales exceeding KRW 100 billion in the static X-ray detector
segment, with European medical imaging sales reaching KRW 54.5 billion in Q3
2024, a 33.6% year-over-year increase.
“Our next-generation detectors and AI-driven software are receiving
strong global interest, and we will sustain this momentum through active
participation in major industry exhibitions,” a Vieworks representative said.
ECR is among the world’s largest radiology events, alongside RSNA,
with over 130,000 members from 186 countries.
